My 2500 word research paper.

Well, folks, here it is. It is entitled Digital Single-Lens Reflex Cameras. Read it and see if you can find out what kind of camera I think you should buy for your next camera purchase.

I finished the paper about a week before I left to go to El Salvador. I was very relieved to have it done. Exuberant would be a better way of saying the same thing!

Life goes on. School. Music! Church. Friends! The list goes on and on. . .

Soon I would like to post my 2500 word research paper on the internet for all to enjoy. We will see how that goes.

I’m caught up in Anabaptist History!

That is the big news of the evening. I feel really good about that accomplishment, for some unexplainable reason. Ok, so, maybe not so unexplainable, but at least it sounded good.

I’m taking Music 2 this semester in addition to Music 1. That is a good thing. And because it’s spring, it is the time for spring concerts to kick into play like Handel’s Messiah and such like. It will be a good year for singing.

I must go! There is a large test tomorrow in Anabaptist History (AnaH) which I must prepare for.

It is Done!!

The report is done and I am glad. I had to do the opening and give some reflections/observations in a little opening thingy. I thought it went OK. I will say no more — it’s my bedtime.

I’m Home!

And that is a good thing!!

It was a very fun and good trip. I hope that life will return to normal ASAP.

ps. School makes me busy. Hence, the short post.

I can’t think of a title for this so too bad. . .

Well, today, I got up at 8:50 AM., which was entirely too early you see, and I went out to the children’s home and worked with some other youth to cut and haul wood up from the coffee patch. This job took about an hour. My next job involved grabbing some necks and using a butcher knife and slicing those necks. “It was very gory.” (Kevin explained the word “gory” to Gama, who was my fellow executor, because he didn’t know what it meant.) But, in a sadistic sort of way, the goriness was very enjoyable.

We ate at the children’s home. They had some really good food!! And some not-so-good drink. It was a barley drink from what I understand. Very sweet, very obnoxious, and really disgusting. I was very pleased for the opportunity to drink some water.

I need to go.

p.s. I just got finished having a romp with my cousin Karlin. He is one hyper little boy!!!

p.s.s. It was entirely too early to wake up at 8:50 because we played four games of hearts and one game of Monopoly the night before. We went to bed at about 4:30 AM. It was all for the sake of making good use of our remaining time in El Salvador. I like to party.

It is a sad thing to think about that in one week from this evening, I will have finished my first day of school. I will have missed two weeks and one day of school which means that I will have to catch up two weeks and one day of school. I know, that was obvious, but that is what is on my mind, and that is what I shared. Period.

On to bigger and better things; Art’s whole family and my whole family are going to the beach tomorrow. It might sound like all we do is go to the beach but in reality (not metaphorically speaking either) we did not go on Sherri’s birthday like we had planned, because of some unforeseen events that took place. So, that should be a metaphorical pile of fun.

I will go. Period. The party that we have planned for later tonight should surpass all others and be enjoyable for all those who enjoy it. Period.

I just got finished losing a bunch of sentimental hogwash that was supposed to make all the people at home feel jealous. But since that is the kind of writing that is very hard to write again after you have lost it, I will spare you all the gory details, the juicy and luscious Sunday afternoon type of words, and all of those good things.

Instead I will gleefully inform you that we are going to the beach tomorrow and spending the night at the seaside in celebration of Sheri’s birthday. It will be good!!!

The jovenes (youth) surprised Sherri beyond words. In reality, she had no words because she ran; she had her nightie on. It was funny. We played volleyball at the park, came home and ate tacos, visitated, and had a blast. I will post pictures on my web album, soon, hopefully.

It’s now 1:30 in the morning. We are beginning to party wildly. Steal, the newest card game, is on for tonight. Sandra is here for the night. We are feeling very corny. It should be an amazing party. Coke is on the menu. I like it. I will converse more with you later.

I’m alive!!

While it might have seemed that I dropped of the edge of the earth, I actually am alive and kicking. You see, what happened was that Loyal, Anja, and myself went to El Respaladero for the weekend and so I wasn’t able to update this blog. That is why I seemed to drop off the edge of the earth. We are back in San Salvador, however, and I felt like posting – so I am.

We are having a most delightful time, and are trying to experience the Latin culture as best as white gringos can. I posted some pictures on picasa web albums and here is the link if anyone would like to see them. http://picasaweb.google.com/gosing90

Tomorrow us kids are planning to go to the Beach!!!!! That should be loads of fun and games, i.e. Very Festive!!

I must run. Partying is a full time job which must not be left for any significant amount of time.
